Awards and Scholarships
Call for 2010 Direct Support Professional Awards
Every year since 1998, the Illinois Chapter has been proud to honor the most distinguished direct support professionals from around the state. These are individuals who have made significant and unique contributions in enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
Once again this year, selected Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) will be honored at the AAIDD of Illinois Annual Conference on May 20th, 2010 where AAIDD of Illinois will honor the Award recipients at the DSP Awards Lunch Ceremony. Recipients receive the following:
· Attendance to the full day of the Conference free of charge
· A copy of the permanent entry of their name on the United States Congressional Record
· A check for $100.00
· Free luncheon attendance for one guest.

Nomination forms must be received by March 19, 2010.
